How to restore address book from Time Machine?

How to restore address book? My phone got stolen, somehow it deleted all my address book which is synced with iCloud. I got a time machine backup which has all my old contacts. How to put em back in?

First open /YpourHardDrive/Users/YourUserName/Library/Application Support/ and highlight the 'AddressBook' folder. Then launch Time Machine and go back in time to that file before you lost your phone. Then restore that file. Then launch AddressBook to see if this worked. Good Luck.
