How to restore datas from iCloud

I'm changing ph from i4s to i6. I'm backing up my datas to iCloud. Under setting, there is an iCloud and "back up" now. That is the easy part.

How do I restore the datas from iCloud to my new ph?

When you update the iPhone to iOS 8.1, it will prompt on the phone to restore from an iCloud backup

But how's its done in normal circumstances, assuming your datas get wipe off and intend to restore.
