I have lost my calendar and address book from a problem with mobile me, how do I restore them from Time Machine? Does anyone know what files they are and where I drag them too? Please I really need some help!

In Leopard, the iCal calendars are located in ~/Library/Calendars (just restore the whole folder). Address Book is a little more complicated. I believe it stores its database in ~/Library/Application Support/Address Book but I could be wrong.
~ is your home folder - the one with your short username on it and the house icon.
