How to restore from Time Machine

I always backup my data to an external disk, now I delete by mistake my Notes in Mail and I want to restore them from the Backup I can't find how, please help

First, make sure the Time Machine drive is connected. Then navigate to your Notes in Mail. Then click on the Time Machine icon in the dock or menubar.

OR

You will enter Time Machine. Select the note you want to restore and click the "Restore" button on the bottom.
