How to restore using blobs from ifaith and keep BB the same?

Hi 🙂

i am looking to restore my iphone 4, running on 5.0. i just saved my blobs to my desktop. but i am looking to restore to 5.0 and keeping my baseband the same at 4.10.01. any help?
