Carrier How to return device after using AT&T next up

I preordered an iPhone 17 on 9/12 through the Apple Store app, I opted for in store pickup. I used my next up anytime eligibility from AT&T.

I haven’t received any instructions on how to return my old phone. Last year I received an email with instructions.

When you go to your account on ATT website or app, do you see anything related to trade in?
