How to return to iOS 9 from 10

I have an iPad Pro, and I wish to return to the iOS 9 from public beta 6, but I'm unable to do so, and I do not have a computer to hook it up to iTunes. I have already wipe my iPad Pro. Does anybody have a fixe for my problem?

You need a computer and iTunes.

I don't intend to sound unsympathetic, but why would you install the beta if you have no way to get back? I assume you also did not create an archived backup before you installed the beta?

Yes I did a archive back up. I don't really have to go back, I just want to do so for the training if that makes any sense. Guess I'll just wait till the final comes out next month. Thanks anyway
