I just found out that my MBP needs EFI and SMC updates.

If something goes wrong during update, is there any way to revert back easily?

Like using CCC bootable backup?

Or can i use some app to backup current EFI and SMC before i try to update?

Nope, there is no way to reverse it - you used to be able to do it but as a way to fix possible vulnerabilities relating to Thunderbolt they prohibited the ability to go backwards when it comes to EFI/SMC updates. As long as you've got a stable power supply then you should have no worries.
