How to rotate IPAD during install (bottom touch not working)

Hi, I have an old 1st gen IPAD where the bottom 10% of the screen is not working anymore. I tried to reset the IPAD, but now I'm stuck on the "agree to the license" screen. Is there a way to bypass this? Can I rotate the screen at this time?

Yep that works or under accessibility you could have turned on zoom
