Hi, I have noticed that for a Macbook Pro Retina 13" Display, 1920X1200 HiDPI is not an option for its native setting or under all of these softwares:

    SwitchResX, Retina DisplayMenu, QuickRes

Instead, there is an option for 1920X1080 HiDPI from the software above (but not in the native setting). When using such mode, there are black bars on the top and bottom of the display - therefore it is not perfect.

I like 1920X1080 mode on my macbook but it would be better if I can step and use the rest of the display on a 1920X1200 mode! Thanks.

P.S., this is not a question about running 1920X1200 on a non-HiDPI mode (known as scaling mode).

    Thanks.

This problem is solved. Credit goes to Jimmy Ying 'ayeying' (https://twitter.com/ayeying). He says, "I don't have the 13" Retina MacBook Pro anymore. All you need to do is add 3840x2400 in SwitchResX. This automatically enables 1920x1200 HiDPI."

So all we need to do is to manually install a 3840x2400 profile to the system (you can use SwitchResX or whatever you want).
