How to run iphone apps in mba?

In itunes it lets me download all my iphone apps but how do i use them?

You could use the iPhone emulator in Xcode....maybe

I think the emulator only provides very limited functionality due to no touch screen.
The iPhone has a different CPU type (ARM) from the Mac (Intel x64) downloading them from iTunes is only intended to hold them until you sync with your iPhone/iPad etd
