Has anyone ever return apple stuff by mail? if so, what are your recommendation to safely return it without being damage or lost.

On the shipping lable there is apple.inc print on it, should i cover it with soft pen? and do i need to include insurance and tracking?

Call them and ask for a free return shipping label. Once you receive via email, box it up, tape it shut and drop it off at any FedEx location. They'll give you a confirmation receipt.

Call them and request a prepaid FedEx return label. Let them bring up the USPS return label if it's tied to that product. That's when you tell them you don't trust USPS. ;)
