Thought I'd post this, maybe it's already obvious but I was really keen to figure out how to save all my songs to my iPhone on Apple Music so I don't have to stream them.
On iTunes in Mac/PC, just make a new smart playlist with the criteria of "Media Kind: Music". It should add all your songs and if you have the option ticked, it should update automatically.
Then on your devices, save that playlist offline and all your songs should download.
Saves having to make a playlist manually on iPhone or by tapping every album to save offline!
