How to send out mail

I have my Mail program set up, and I am receiving emails, but when I try to send them out, it says selected server cannot be used (or something to that effect). I use sprint dsl service, so do they have a server I can connect to, to send my mail out? I am using Tiger.

This would be an excellent question to ask your service provider, Sprint. You need to input the appropriate settings for their server.
