How to set a Firmware Password with pre-installed Lion?

I just bought an iMac so I don't have any discs. I want to set a firmware password. How can I do this?

Boot into Lion recovery mode by holding down Command+R keys while turning on the machine.

Then go to the Utilities menu in the top left of the screen and pick the firmware password utility.
