I wonder is there some way to set my own songs or music video as ringtone for my iphone?

Music video is not a possibility but you can add songs by converting them to aac files and syncing them via iTunes. They need to be smaller than 30 seconds I think.

Be sure to change the file suffix to .m4r after converting. You can export the required clip from iTunes.
