Yes. Yes, I do.

If it's accessible by an international audience (aka the "Internet") and you earn ad revenue from an international audience, then it's aimed at an international audience. Don't want to cater to an international audience, then geolock your site (pfft, yeah, $ure). You don't get it both ways.

They shouldn't talk about Apple Pay at all then according to that logic. They also shouldn't talk about some Apple releases, since some of them start in the US. I mean, can't have something that doesn't include everyone at all can we? :\

For me - Apple Pay on the Apple Watch works as advertised.

Used it at Whole Foods market several times, a McDonalds drive thru, a Home Depot, a Chevron station, etc..

Worked perfect each and every time. So simple.

And I have to say it stuns cashiers, checkers, etc each and every time how well and quick it functions.

Off topic a bit - but via Fandango (movie tickets) and seeing Mad Max last week my tickets were available thru Passbook - they came up on the Watch and at an AMC the usher at the theater SCANNED the WATCH and boom we got right in.

SIMPLE.

So much whining. For a device like this -- for me at least -- it amazes.

Was at Disneyland this weekend - very interesting how many people "spotted" me wearing it and asked "is that THE Apple watch"? Needless to say awareness for the product is incredibly high.. That's a POSITIVE.

It doesn't work like that. Macrumors can cater to whatever audience they damn well please. If you don't like it, don't read it. Why should they waste time and money geolocking it? It's your problem, not their's.

Just thinking out loud. If it stuns the checkout person each time you use it, do you feel like you are the first \ only person that has used it with them? I don't think they are stunned each time they see it. Do you?

I have assumed that MacRumors caters to an international audience for years.

Can you imagine the outrage that would occur if a US reader demanded that a European based website catered to US readers?

The funny thing is that Apple is an America-centric company. No, seriously, look at their product launches. Even when something launches multiple places at once, the US is always on the list. I can't think of a single time that goes otherwise. Now think of all the times that Apple has launched something in America first.

And yet people get onto MacRumors for reporting on something Apple does because it isn't international.

Catering to an international audience does not mean every article has to.

If the Apple Watch (or the iPhone or another device) can do that, I think there would be people interested in knowing how that would work and how to do it.

First off --Thanks for the bait #

Second -- what about my statement don't you understand?

Apparently you *think* people using a smart watch to complete a payment transaction or enter a movie theater is just so commonplace these days it's like what's the big deal -- right?

Third - where on this planet are you? Apparently you didn't get the MEMO that APPLE WATCH is NOT YET READILY AVAILABLE in the marketplace so YEAH many retailer employees ARE SHOCKED SEEING THE WATCH USED AS A PAYMENT TOOL --- And how easy and accurate and how it's so fast and so easy.

DUH!

Maybe you can cite your own experiences with photos etc to prove me otherwise how *commonplace* it's become in your *neck* of the woods or maybe that planet you smuggingly reside on.

Wait tho. You can't. Right? #. Right.

What's so wrong with featuring "how to" articles on weekends? Big deal.

As a Watch owner some of these are informative. There's a lot to learn about it. And that's not a bad thing.

One standout feature that is very impressive is the CAMERA feature that (for me) works flawlessly turning your watch into a remote control.

Came in handy last night at Disneyland when my group of buddies asked a stranger to just hold my iPhone while I snapped the group photo from the watch - countdown included.

Um yeah. That's a very cool feature that blows people away. And no I didn't know my watch was capable of that feature till I read it here on MR. How bout that.

One in my group called it a selfie without a stick.

I'm of the same opinion...not sure if that was directed at me for some reason.

Even though they're often simplified copies of other documents, I like the little "how-to" articles.

However, I also think they'd be easier to collect and find in a Hints/Tutorials subsection next to Accessories and Apps under the main Apple Watch section. Not here under iOS Blog.
