Any idea how to configure the iPhone/watch so that when you get a call, only the watch makes an audible ringtone?

As I'm wearing the watch all day and carry my phone with me, it seems a little silly that every time I get a call both devices ring. It seems easy enough to mute the watch ringtone (Apple Watch - Notifications - Phone) but I'd prefer to switch off the phone ringtone, and I can't for the life of me work out how to do that without having to put the whole phone on silent mode.

Probably missing something obvious - thoughts welcome!

Nope, you're not missing anything. I keep my phone on vibrate only so at least it's not ringing in public.

To disable the ringtone, you have to find a silent mp3 and use it as a custom.

You can quickly create on in Garageband or find one online. I discovered this when trying to mute the calls on my iPad, there's no way to disable call noises.

Thanks, great idea and a creative workaround!
