you'd have to pay extra for that at your isp. or use a dynamic dns service and most routers can be set up so they handle the work for you. But you don't get an IP, you get an address this way. (then you could assign a web address to that to make it pretty but you get back to monies and maybe an angry isp, they don't want you having a server in any way shape or fourm)
