Is there a way to share detailed workout data?

For example I want to share my "Outdoor Walk" this morning data. If I click the share on the upper right of the workout on the iPhone it just shares a meaningless "I walked outdoors for 3.21 MI with the Workout app on my #AppleWatch." I want to be able to share/email/text the details like Total Time/Active Calories/TotalCalories/Ave. HR/Avg. Pace/Split times and even the Map of the course I walked. I could take multiple screen shots, but that seems silly to have to do that.

This is probably going to vary to some degree based on the app. I use Cyclemeter to track my bike rides (it also works for other types of workouts) and there is an option to email the results, which could then be forwarded to others. It also posts my workouts in the iOS calendar so I can go back and review from there. There is also the option to export data to Strava and other similar apps which I believe may be shared from there.

Create a free strata account. Install the HealthFit app on your phone. Sync workout to strata. install strava app on phone. Share workout

Thanks, but not looking to have to use a third-party app...
Seems like it should be a pretty standard feature.
