How to share music on iPad to iPhone4S

I have a lot music on my pc's iTunes, I copied them to iPad, now there is iCloud, I thought I can copy them o my iPhone without using iTunes, but I don't know how to do.
Do I have to use iTunes to share music with iPhone and iPad?
