First of all thanks for reading and trying to help!!!
This is my situation now
I am trying to switch my main computer from a window to an iMac
what my main computer needs to do is basically work like a hub
sharing info with my other computers so that my HTPC (window 7) can recieve the info and i can watch it on TV and my macbook air
but now
I am using my macbook air as a test run
on my window machine
if i share everything and make the even guest can read/write my stuff, my macbook air can access the files
but if i take out the guesst, it will say connect as my name
and than i type in my window name and password
it said is not right, when I have everything in front of me
The other way around
I am able to access my macbook air's info from my PC
yet it cannot transfer bigger files
it will have network error half way or something
so I am just wondering if anyone cna help me
how do i work out the situation
