How to sideload appstore apps on ios 10

Hi there,

My Appstore account region is set to Pakistan. When I set it to US it asks for Credit Card info but always declines my Card.

I want to install Google Maps app on my iPhone but this isn't available in Pakistan. So I want to sideload this app from the appstore to my Phone. Any ways to do so?

Do another US iTunes account. There is an option wout card info.
