Is new iPhone setup the only way to create a new Apple ID using a new icloud.com email address by choosing to create an icloud.com email account? appleid.apple.com doesn’t allow me to use/create a new icloud.com email address when signing up. (I don’t want to specify a third-party email address to create an Apple ID. I want to create an icloud.com email address. What are the ways to do this?)
