Does anyone know how to stop the Activity app from tracking? I feel like this is why my battery life is so terrible. My battery ran off 15% throughout the night just sitting on my nightstand. I can't figure out how to stop it.

If you are going to leave your Watch on the nightstand then you could use Power Reserve mode.

If you go to the Apple watch "privacy" settings on the iPhone app there are toggles for motion and fitness. You can disable heart rate and fitness tracking as you wish

If you mean how to stop it when you are done your activity, use force touch and you will be presented with a pause or quit option. Not sure if that is what you were after?
