How to stop from iPhone being used in disk mode or as a flash drive?

I am talking about things like iPhone Explorer. I do not want people being able to go through my phone. I already changed the SSH password so they can't use things like WinSCP to get into it but they can still use iPhone Explorer to get into my phone. Does anyone know how to stop that?
