How to stop receiving emails about MacRumors subscriptions?

In Options in the User CP I have "no email notification" set for new subscribed threads, but how do I cancel email notifications for threads which I subscribed to which had "instant email notification" set at the time. Is there a way for me to cancel all email notifications for all subscriptions?

Or do I just have to remove my email from MR?

You can select a full page of subscriptions at a time and change their subscription type at the bottom.
