How to Switch Off inbuilt Webcam

Hi Guys,
I am in a bit of problem, I don't know how I activated Voice Assist Function and it was quite annoying but I managed to switch it off by going to System Preferences>Universal Access> Voice but my camera is still on and I am not able to find out how to switch it off and because of it I am not able to use it for chatting(iChat) please help me on resolving this issue.

Hi I'm having the same problem! Well, not quite. No problems with Voice Assist, but my webcam always seems to switch on mysteriously & I have no idea how to switch it off. HELP!
