I have been using AppleID linked to gmail for AppStore purchases while sign-in the iPhone using AppleID linked to iCloud email. So, my Contacts, Calnedar, Reminders and Notes are synced to iCloud ID whereas AppStore purchases to gmail ID. I recently got AppleCard which is linked to my gmail so I can use it on the AppStore but then I cannot add it to the Wallet app because it's synced with iCloud ID, so can't use it with Apple Pay. Now I am considering using one Apple ID for all but then I will have to transfer all Contacts, Calendar, Reminders and Notes to another AppleID.
Some solutions I read suggest emailing individual Notes but there are more than a hundred Notes so it would be good to copy all that Data and sync it with the other AppleID. Anyone knows how to do this?

Our Apple Cards are connected to our respective iCloud accounts. We have a separate appleid that is used for App Store purchases but is paid from my Apple Card. We use a common id for the apppmstore so we only have to buy an app once for all devices.

Your Apple IDs can not be combined (Apple won't allow it) and I don't know of a way you can sync one to the other. I believe you're going to have to copy the Notes and transfer them that way.

You should be able to export the contacts from one ID and then import them to your other ID. Export your contacts using vCard format and import them the same way.

I'm not sure about the reminders but those can be copied. The Calendar events might be more difficult depending on how many you have set up. You may wind up having to do those over again.

Having more than one Apple ID sometimes is more trouble than it's worth. Of course everyone has different priorities. :)

For Notes, if you're on Catalina and/or iOS 13 you can now share a whole folder full of notes with another user. Do that between the Apple IDs in question, move all the notes into that shared folder and now both Apple IDs will have access to them. Same principle can apply to Calendars and Reminders -- in each case you can directly share Reminders lists and Calendars.

There's no way I know of to collaborate on Contacts (which is sort of a shame, actually) but those should be a pretty easy export and import operation.

You can do the same thing in an official, supported way with iCloud Family Sharing. One person who's the "head" of the family gets billed for any purchases, and everyone has access to apps that get bought (though that doesn't apply to in-app purchases AFAIK). I have this setup with my wife and it's great. We also get to pool the big 2TB iCloud storage I subscribe to.

You are quite right. I did this last year and had to tranfer them across.
What I did ....
Device one AppleID-1
Device two AppleID-1 (store) AppleID-2 for device
I transferred all I could from device 1 to device 2. What could not transfer I emailed or placed into my GDrive account and pulled down to my second device.
When done, I swapped Device one to AppleID-1 (store) and AppleID-2 for device.

Took some time and might be. better way to do it. But it worked.
In the end it was better for me to have all but purchaes on my personal ID instead of the common use ID.

Not sure if this works for Notes. When I sign out from AppleID all the Notes are gone because they arae synced with that AppleID's iCloud.

How do you share Notes folder with another AppleID on iOS13? I don't have Mac Catalina but a Windows laptop so something that will work on Windows or on iOS13.

From looking at my iOS 13 Notes it seems that new folders can be shared but some older ones can't. Creating a new folder and moving the notes from the folders that won't share to the new folders solves this.

1. Make a new folder in Notes
2. Share that folder with the other Apple ID you want to have access to them.
3. Move individual notes into that folder.

They'll show up on the other iOS 13 or Catalina device. Not sure about Windows.
