How to Sync Two files (on same mac)

I want to be able to sync my music files stored in a file on my macbook with a folder on my USB hard drive. This is because i use my USB hard drive on my macbook and windows desktop and want my music files up to date and in sync

I have looked at the program fileshare from microsoft (cross platform) but this only syncs files on two different devices.

Can anyone help?

That sounds like it would be fairly easy with some Applescript (Mac) and a .bat file (Win).

Yeah, forgot about that one. Good call. As long as you don't need to sync from the Windows system that would work fine.
