Regardless of the merits of the OP's question, any information provided in this thread could be used to assist those who do intend to use it for illegal means. I would therefore suggest people refrain from giving any information as to watch differences.

you evidently don't think enough.
If that's the case then the best advice i can give OP is to disassociate yourself from people who judge you by the watch you're wearing, they're too superficial.

I can only speak for myself, but I don’t care the least if people recognize what I wear and I also suspect that if anyone sees me wearing my white S5 Ceramic, most people will think (if they even recognize it as Apple Watch) that I have put some kind of protective case on it.
The fastest way to find out is ask them. "Hey, that looks beautiful! Which model?" You will have your answer. Some might be indifferent, some might slap you, some might tell you happily.
The other way is to tell them that their 'yee-yee ass' watch is the ugliest you have ever seen. They might, in anger, blurt out what model it is and what it cost them.

Most of the people judge you by your appearance, even though real rich people would try to look very normal.
No they don't. Maybe the people you associate with do. So fix that by associating with less-superficial people.

As that is the only continent with a lower crime rating than Europe.
I doubt how many thief kind of criminal cases are reported in Europe. I have been to a lot of countries, thief numbers and skills are the “best” for sure, no where else is even closed to that level.
The only way is to ask them. I noticed my mate had what looked like a really cool expensive AW, I asked him which one, it was space grey! I think the older gold SS stands out the most from a distance, but ultimately it is just what makes you feel better as the wearer (and improved durability if that is important to you).
If you see someone wearing this apple watch, don’t ask any questions and steal it right away. It is VERY expensive

Regardless of what you believe the reason is, it has nothing to do with why you want to know how much someone else’s watch costs.
