How can I easily tell if my MBP needs more RAM?

are you paging out a lot? If you are then maybe you could use more ram.

Also does your mac feel sluggish?

So I know where you monitor Paging Outs -and I tell this because you might not- it's in Utilities > Activity Monitor.

But what would be a value encouraging you to buy more ? Let's say with 2GB ? Has it to be compared with Page Ins ?
