I'm going to use my ipad pro in meetings tomorrow, and I'd like to take notes on it, but not be bothered by message and other notifications. I have my watch for that.

I tried DND and Mute, but the notifications still pop up at the top of the screen.

Any ideas?

Thanks!

Settings > Notifications

Turn off banners/alerts for the apps that are bothering you.

But that would take time if OP wants to switch them back on after the meeting.

Isn't there an overall switch to turn all notifications on/off?

Edit: Hmmm, there doesn't seem to be an overall notification switch.

What about putting your iPad in airplane mode? Do you need to access internet during the meeting?

Under Settings > Do Not Disturb, under Silence, do you have "Only when the iPad is locked" selected by any chance? If so, select Always and see if that fixes your problem.
