How to test speed?

    I got the AirPort Extreme Base Station and really like it so far, but I have a question. I am trying to test the speed within the network, is there any app that will do this? Or am I going to just have to move a file and time it?

    That is a connection test for my internet connection. I want to test speed between the base station and my computer, or computer to computer within my network.
