iPod touch How to transfer addition photo to ipod touch

how do you add additional photos to your ipod touch without deleting the ones you already have ?
 
When it syncs in iTunes, it would ask if you want to delete those photos on your ipod touch, just click Not to delete.

It would be nice if there is a way to copy selected images from the folders rather than syncing a whole folder.
