How to transfer ALL info from 3GS to 4S?

'Cause I thought it would be easy and I'm only able to transfer apps. I needs photos, contacts and such to transfer.
 
Plug in 3GS hit Sync on iTunes
Plug in 4S, right click on device, click sync from backup (select 3GS backup)
