Downloaded some apps on iTunes. Now I can't find how to transfer them to my phone. I searched the site and Google, and everything kept turning up, how to transfer from phone to iTunes.

How to transfer apps from iTunes on PC, to iPhone4?

1. Connect your iPhone to PC
2. Open iTunes
3. Go under "Devices" and choose your iPhone
4. Choose the "Apps" tab
5. Hit "Sync Apps"

Go on the apps tab and select the ones you want, sync and you're done.
