I want to transfer my contacts from iPhone 5s to Pc, but when i connected my iPhone to computer via USB, it doesn't work, do you know why? How to solve it?

Download iTunes > Sync iPhone > ensure you tick off Contacts (this will back up contacts).

Search the app store for "vcard" and you will find some free apps that can export the entire address book to a vcard file that can be imported into about any address book application.
