All iPads How to transfer photos from iPad to iPad?

How can I transfer most easily photos in Photos on an iPad Air to Photos on an iPad 3 (and vice versa) when both iPads do not belong to the same Apple/iCloud account? Both iPads run on iOS 7.1.2.

You can use airdrop or just put Dropbox or one drive on both iPads and do it that way.

I used an app called Transfer. You can copy pictures between devices or to a computer. Super fast and easy. Hers a screenshot of the open page.

There's a useful app called "Send Anywhere". It works cross platform with Android and Windows as well.

Airdrop doesn't work on an iPad 3.

Something like shared photostream should work, but I am not sure if the full versions of the photos sync over though.
