Hey guys so I haven't had an iPhone for like two years so what would be the easiest way to transfer pictures from computer to iPhone how would I keep updating my albums?

iPhoto.

Make a new album. Name it whatever. In this example, let's say "Ned".

In iTunes, go to Photos, and select that (Ned) album.

Sync.

Enjoy.

How many pics? If it's not a lot you can always just attach them in an email or by text and send to yourself, then just save to camera roll. Or, if you have Facebook, you can PM them to yourself and save the image to your phone from the PM. It's just a quick work around that I do sometimes.

From iTunes you can also sync an arbitrary directory of images. Useful for those of us who don't want to bother with iPhoto.

How to transfer pictures from computer to iPhone

There's is an app called Image Capture in Apple OS to do this. As for putting photos in iPhone, just create a folder in your PC then put the photos you want in that folder and point iTunes to add those photos in your device.
