how to transfer program to new harddrive

Im upgrading my late09 macbook running snow leopard hard drive to one larger. I what a clean install but i have cs5 master suite that a friend put in for me and i dont want to lose it. Can i and how would i transfer it to the new hard drive.

Migration assistant should do it for you assuming you have a way to connect your current drive and your new drive to your system at the same time.

Yeah i do i order the diy kit from QWC. Would all i have to do is transfer the cs5 over were would i find it.

Your friend purchased this legit copy, thus s/he is the only owner of a license.
You don't have the legal right to use that same license on your computer, as you don't hold the license.
