How to turn camera shutter off on iPhone 7

    Guys I just got my first iPhone, its a 7 does anyone know how to turn the camera shutter off and still keep my ringer on?

    In some countries like Japan you can't even turn off the camera sound at all. It is legally required to prevent upskirts.

    Yeah I knew that just didn't think it was like that in the us

    Flip the silent switch on the side, take your photo, flip the switch back. Unless you're in Japan or any other country that requires the shutter sound regardless of whether the phone is on silent, I think that's the only way to do it.

    Flush the toilet just before you take the image.

    O ok i was Hoping I could turn just the camera sound off and keep my ringer up. And no I'm in United States
