how to turn off iPhone 7 camera feature "live preview"?

Hi all,
I love my iphone 7, but i dont love this new feature called "live preview", which is when you take a photo it takes a video while your taking a picture, then saves it in your media folder after plugging in the iphone to my computer. I delete the video files every time, i dont need them, how do i turn off this feature?. thanks.

Easy to do. While in camera mode, at the top of the screen you will see in the middle what looks like a target or circles. Just touch this to turn this feature on and off.
