My Mac keeps announcing what I'm doing. For example, I go to Finder and it speaks "Finder", etc. I don't know how it got turned on. How do I turn it off?

This is in Accessability Options. It is for users with limited vision.

That's what it is. I don't have my computer with me, so I was going by memory.
