Always have that update of 1 on the settings app icon. I click it and it ask to software update to 8.1.2. I don't want to keep updating. How do i turn this off?

Also is there a way to turn off all updates for all my apps? Example i click on apps and i see lot of programs i have there are updates and it shows dates. Does that mean i have all the updates turned off and thats just a message for each app that i have to update?

Why not just update?

There is no way to turn off the notification.

Only way I know is with a jailbreak, you can remove badges and the OTA updates are disabled. They won't show up in the first place.

You put yourself at a security risk by not updating, regardless of whether it's a big or small update. There's almost always security updates in every point release.
