How to type on PDF Files

I have a PDF file that's a form I need to fill out. What's the best way to type on it and re-save it as a PDF?

Preview can mark up some PDFs. There is also the excellent application PDFpen.

If you have Acrobat Pro, you can do this with the TouchUp Text tool or the Text Box tool under Advanced Editing or Comment and Markup.
