How to un-jailbreak an iPhone?

I just got an iPhone that has been previously used. When i turned it on i realized it was jailbroken, i want to know if there is a way to un-jailbreak it...?

Just restore it in iTunes.

Do you have Cydia as an app? If not, then it's probably not jailbroken.

So what exactly do you see that makes you think it is jailbroken?
If you have completed a standard full restore in iTunes there is absolutely no way that it can be...
