How to uninstall a theme

Hi I installed a winterboard theme and my springboard is looking funky. I shouldn't have did it without more knowledge

How do I uninstall it and get my screen back to original unjailbroken state?
 
All you have to do is uncheck the theme in winterboard and respring. If you want to get rid of the jailbreak all together, just restore.

I went into packages and uninstalled the theme but it's still present on my board. The description under the apps are faded/light which means it's still present.

Also is there a good video tutorial on Cydia after jailbreaking?

Try reinstalling it, then unchecking it in winterboard first and then removing the theme from cydia. I'm sure there are tons of Cydia tutorials on youtube.
 
You need a video tutorial on how to push buttons?

You search for things, you install things, or you uninstall things. Pretty cut and dry. You can also add sources and remove sources.

Don't be afraid to explore on your own in Cydia, it's not like your phone is going to catch on fire.
 
Thats not your theme thats winterboard!
check the "white icon labels" and you should be good to go 😀

I'm not understanding....

Where is winterboard in cydia? I installed a theme?

I went to themes>featured themes>hd themes> installed a theme

You need to watch a tutorial lol.

Many people use winterboard to activate a theme once it is installed so I was thinking you did that. In cydia, install winterboard and then in winterboard go to select themes and then check or uncheck the ones you want or don't want to activate.

Dont do it like that.

In Cydia, go to Sections, then scroll down to Themes Complete and pick something in there.

I didn't know you had to do that. How do I get my springboard back to factory springboard?

I'm not giving up at all! I have 3G unrestr which I use often with FaceTime.

Is that the only option restore?
 
do you have an aim, or facebook or anything to contact me at where this could be faster and i could walk you through it?
a skype maybe?
