Hi, I need to uninstall entourage 2004 on my MacBook to get rid of a sync bug. How do I do that and then reinstall without losing all the emails that are in my inbox and folders on my computer? Thx 4 ure help.

There should be a microsoft user items (may not be named exactly that) folder in your user directory. It is usually in your documents folder. All of your emails will be stored there. Make a copy of that somewhere and then do your uninstall then install. Before you open the program simply replace the new folder that the install process creates with the copy you made and you should be good to go. Hope this helps.
