in many cases, it's just drag and drop in to recycle bin. but can anyone tell my what to do, if you can see installed application in About ths Mac > More Info > Syste Information > Installations, but anywhere else these programs are invisible? thank's for any help.

(specifically, i want to uninstall movavi app)

Since applications leave PLIST and other setting files behind, only complete removal from the system will get rid of that entry, otherwise just dragging an app to the Trash does more than suffice.

Mac OS X is not Windows, and left behind setting files do not accumulate to several MB like in Windows perhaps, and there is no registry. But if you really need to completely remove an application:

That list is a historical list of any app you have installed. So even after you fully delete the app it will still show in that list.

For example, I tested the app Reeder a month or so ago and deleted all traces of it and it still shows in that list for me. Perfectly normal.
